Text Message Terms

Lounge news: events and event nights, hours changes, new arrivals on the bar and in the humidor, member news, and occasional offers. You must be 21 or older to join. We never text about anything to anyone under 21.

You opted in by checking the text message box on one of our forms and confirming you are 21 or older, or by texting us first. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase, entry, or membership.

Message frequency varies, usually a few texts a month and never more than a handful in a week. We send between 8 AM and 8 PM Central. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier's standard rates are the only cost.

Reply STOP to any text and you are out immediately; you will get one final message confirming that. Reply START to join again. You can also ask in person or call (918) 857-6009.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your text opt-in with anyone for their own marketing. The only companies that see it are the ones that deliver our texts, and they may use it only for that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major US carriers; delivery can vary by network.
