What we collect

• Drawing entries. When you enter a giveaway on this site we collect your first and last name, mobile phone number, and email address, plus any ticket codes you redeem. We also record which boxes you checked, the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser type of the device you used. Those last items exist to prove consent and to stop abuse.
• Locker waitlist. Your email address and, if you give it, your name.
• Contact form. When you send a note from the Contact page we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, which boxes you checked, and the date, IP address, and browser type of the device you used.
• Owner sign-in. The lounge owner signs in to manage the site, and that sign-in uses a session cookie. There are no customer accounts or passwords on this site.
• Abuse limits. To throttle automated abuse of its forms, the site keeps a short-window request counter per IP address.

We do not collect payment details, your location, or anything you did not type into a form. If you call or email the lounge, that conversation is handled like any other customer call.

How we use it

• To run each drawing: count entries, verify ticket codes, and select the winner.
• To contact the winner by phone or email.
• To reply to notes sent from the Contact page.
• To text you about drawings, events, and offers, only if you checked the text message box.
• To email you event news and offers, only if you checked the email box.
• To keep the site and the drawings honest: rate limits, duplicate checks, and records of consent.

We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell it.

Text message terms

Program. Bourbon & Ash Cigar Lounge text alerts. When you check the text message box on a drawing entry, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (drawing updates, event news, and offers) from Bourbon & Ash Cigar Lounge at the mobile number you provided. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Email

If you check the email box, we may email you event news and offers. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below. Emails about a drawing you entered, such as a winner notification, are sent regardless of that box.

Sharing

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
• Service providers that host this website, store its database, and deliver the messages you opted into handle data only on our instructions. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the lounge, our customers, or the public.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. It sets no cookies for regular visitors. The one cookie it uses is the owner's sign-in session for the management dashboard. Fonts, images, and video are served by the site itself and by our hosting and database providers, not by ad networks.

The map on our Contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Loading it sends a request to Google, which may set its own cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy.

Our hosting and database providers keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and operations.

How long we keep it

We keep drawing entries and consent records for as long as we need them to run the drawing, hand over the prize, and prove consent if a message is ever questioned. Waitlist entries stay on the list until you get a locker or ask to be removed.

Your choices

• Stop texts. Reply STOP to any message, or contact us.
• Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• See or delete your information. call (918) 857-6009 or email bourbonandash@gmail.com. We confirm the request through the phone number or email address on file, then delete what we hold unless we need to keep a record of a completed drawing or of consent you gave.

Age

The lounge and this website are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and any drawing entry from someone under 21 is void.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at this address.
